Submit an Problem/Error Report

Having problems Downloading your article?

  1. Verify that you have entered the e-mail address where this message
    was sent to. If the message was forwarded to you from a colleague, your
    e-mail address will not be valid. You will need to use your colleague's
    e-mail address.
  2. Select the case-sensitive password from your e-mail notification and
    copy/paste it into the password field.
  3. Click on "Login" button
  4. If login information is correct and the proof has not expired
    you will be directed to the next page. (Otherwise the login page will reload
    with appropriate message in red).
  5. Click on the link marked "proof.pdf"
  6. If you get this far and still cannot access the proof submit a problem report

Having problems Printing your article?

  1. To print your article at full size: unselect "Shrink oversized pages
    to paper size" when printing from Acrobat Reader 5.0. Unselect "Fit to
    Page" when using earlier versions of Acrobat Reader.
  2. If you are having trouble printing your article, try printing single
    pages or small ranges of pages.
